Step 1: Gather your ideas

The size of the items is in cms (at their longest side). A human's head would be from toe to toe and a snake would from nose to tail. The minimum quantity required for custom orders is 1000 units. Smaller items are 2000 units. The volume, or bulk of the toy (skinny/medium, round, fat). If possible, please send photos, sketches, or figurines. We can embroider feet or front panels, create clothing shirts and jackets, and make headwear.

Step 2 - Request a Quote

Our design team will review your input and provide you with a quote.

Step 3: Order a prototype

We will make a prototype to match your ideas once you have given us permission. Your product will be unique. A non-refundable initial deposit may be required. This entitles to one prototype. Additional prototype changes will be made in a photo edit. Additional charges may apply if you need additional prototypes. After goods have been dispatched, the initial prototype deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.

Step 4 - Approve your Prototype

Production will begin assuming that there are no modifications to your prototype. We can edit your prototype using a computer photo editor if necessary. We will show you side-by-side photos of your prototype and explain how your changes will affect the final product.

Step 5 - Production

We will deliver your product on-time and within budget. In stages 2 and 3, we will reveal all costs.

Step 6 - Delivery

The total delivery time for 1 prototype, including the prototype, is between 12-16 weeks (negotiable).
